We're making every effort to keep everyone safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. And in order to protect everyone, it's necessary to follow safety requirements. For everyone’s safety, here are some guidelines to keep everyone safe.
Refrain from attending the photo shoot in order to limit contact and practice social distancing. All occupants should remove themselves from the property 30 minutes prior to job time. The property should be completely prepared before we arrive. If anyone must be at the property, all persons must be outside the property during our visit.
Please turn on all lights, open blinds, open all interior doors and ensure that personal items are put away prior to our arrival.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any work upon arrival if these policies are not followed, which will result in a cancellation fee.
We appreciate your effort to cooperate with us during this time.
Preparing The Property
Prior to any real estate photography, video, virtual tours, etc, please remove all vehicles from the driveway and close the garage doors, open all window coverings, turn on lights, including table lamps, closets, bathrooms, etc. Hot Tubs and waterfalls should be turned on as well. Pool equipment and clean sweepers will be removed from pool area, all Ceiling fans should be "turned off". All items not intended to be in the photographs such as trash bins, toys, laundry, cleaning supplies, newspapers, jewelry, pool cleaning equipment, tools, etc, must be stored out of site before we arrive.
Ordering, Cancellation, Re-Scheduling, Deposits, Refund and Payments Policy
When ordering, you may be asked to provide a Deposit. If you do not already have an account with us, you may be asked to provide a 50% Deposit before any work is scheduled. Deposits are fully refundable "if your service order is cancelled within 72 hours" of the schedualed-service. If you cancel within 48 hours of the service, 50% of your deposit may be charged to your account and or credit card. If you cancel within 24 hours of the service, 100% may be charged to your account and or credit card. If you are late to an appointment, we will wait 15 minutes. The time spent waiting for you to arrive may be deducted from the time we alloted for your service request. Please remember, no refunds will be given unless these guidelines are honored. Once our work is delivered, we will charge your credit card/account the Balance Due.
Your Best Interests
We strongly recommend that the property owner or client be on-site. If neither are present or if no prior requests regarding our creative selections, all creative work will will be created at our discretion.
Any media created by us includes the right of client to print, publish or transfer images as they deem appropriate for the purpose of their own business. We hereby irrevocably assign and transfer all copyrights, whether now existing or hereafter acquired once your invoice is paid in full. It is understood that any and all originals, proofs, sample prints, and digital representations remain our property, and may be used for our advertising and portfolio purposes.
Community photos which do not INCLUDE the specific subject property, are “community photos”. They are intended for future use in virtual tours, for any home Epic Virtual Tours.com Photographs in that neighborhood.
Notice Of Responsibility
For any cause or claim against you, which may arise in the course of providing photos. You agree to holdharmless and defend our parnet company and or it's owners from any accusations of theft or property damage. In The event any employee or conrtactor accidentally breaks or otherwise damages personal property while in the course of photographing the property, or is accused of such damage, you agree to reimburse seller for any and all expenses involved and will not demand reimbursement us. Any and all employees or contractors that are allowed to enter any property, shall be covered by a property insurance policy and/or covered under your corporate general liability insurance policy.
Your privacy is important to us. We provide this notice to explain our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Epic Virtual Tours.com website. The only personal information we collect is name, street and email address, and telephone number. Your credit card information will also be collected if that form of payment is used to make your purchase but, that data is only used to process your transaction is not stored in our database. We use the personal information collected from you to facilitate taking your photographs, communicating with your regarding your photographs and other related products and services, and processing any transaction you may do with Epic Virtual Tours.com.
Such personal information as we collect is not used for any other purpose and is not shared. We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put into place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Protecting the privacy of the very young is particularly important to Epic Virtual Tours.com.
For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under the age of 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13 to provide information to us. You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request detailing the error(s). To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections. Real Estate Media Services
Please before placing your order, review our website for details, samples and pricing. Large and or luxury properties that require UltraLux® Photography are considered to be an upgrade. If well exposed windows are a must, then you must upgrade to our UltraLux® Photography. Please do not expect UltraLux® Photography results from our standard budget pricing, unless you have ordered our UltraLux® Photography services.
Fees may apply for the removal of things like pool hoses, stains, utility boxes, holes and marks on walls, etc. We can also add fire to fireplaces, and blue skies for $20 per image. We can also thurm most daytime photos into Twilight for $50 per image. Editing services fees are billed at $100 per hour.
We do our best at everything creative we do, but If you are not happy with the media we provide due to weather conditions, or because the set, scripting or location was not prepared properly, we will try to make it right with a discounted re-scheduling fee. Once access to the images are provided to you, it is your responsibility to save the images to your computer. The link to access your photos will remain available for download for 10 days. We highly recommend that you save your images immediately.
All Hosted Tours will remain online & published until sold or 180 days whichever comes first. If you wish to keep a tour active longer than 180 days, you can extend your virtual tour for another 180 days, for $150.
Property Insurance and/or General Liability Insurance
You agree that any property for which a Epic Virtual Tours.com employee or contractor enters on your behalf, will be safe and free from attacking dogs and/or tenants. You agree to defend and hold Epic Virtual Tours.com and our photographers harmless regarding any damage to property or furniture, including accusations of same. Epic Virtual Tours.com is not responsible or liable for the way in which a photo may be used by you.
